"Before you, my life was like a moonless night. very dark. but there were stars-- points of light and reason. and then you shot across my sky like a meteor. suddenly everything was on fire. there was brilliancy, there was beauty. when you were gone, the meteor had fallen over the horizon. everything went black. nothing had changed. but my eyes were blinded by the light. I couldn't see stars anymore."

this used to be full of color,
you left me with nothing to say.
you had me so in love,
i was speechless in every way.
but everything is changing,
it's all starting to go.
everywhere the color's fading,
brightness doesn't show.
it's leaving all this black and white,
now this love is dull.
it was so much better when we
were just learning to fall.
but the truth is that this feeling
keeps rushing from my heart.
we need to forget everything
and go back to the start.

a relationship got boring, the color faded, it was left with nothing, i wished we could go back to the beginning.
