Walk away
Before you think
To stay
Just embrace change
I know its hard
But if it were easy
Then they wouldn't call it love
Cause love is short for sacrifice
No matter the size
And baby I loved you once already
But I only have
So little to give
Cause I need to know me
Before I try and find you.
The moonlight reveals your scars
In the night
So just walk away from that noose called fate
Step back from the ledge
embrace the change
Cause hardships make us harder to break

I wrote this a while back, sitting in the moonlight on my roof.. i think it embraces the fact that the only thing constant in life is change
