They say it's cowardly
To claim your own life
Be it by knife or pill
Your intent is to kill
I say otherwise
Who are you to criticize?
Choice in life are our own
Even at times when you're all alone
It is when you are fragile
That you must learn to be agile
When you are not
Hard lessons are quickly taught
Mistakes are easily made
When you pickup that blade
Drawing it across your skin
Wishing that for once you'd win
Its now or never
If you end your life forever
Just keep in mind what you're throwing away
If you can't take it another day
