It's Summertime, Pretty Baby
Sunshine never felt so good
 Makes me want to fly
 Whippoorwill's song, lingering still,
 Echoes through the summer sky
 Perching on my windowsill,
 It encourages me to flee
The song enwraps my wondering mind,
 Always lingering still

 "Lie beneath the sun-kissed trees,
Feel the current of the creek
Make memories with those you love--
Perchance to live, perchance to dream..."

 "Shout gratitude to the Father
 For days such as these.
Amongst the struggles of this life
 He gives such sweet release.
For, in such struggles, trials, and tests,
He's along side, holding your hand,
 Always lingering still."

 Away, flew the bird,
 To his evergreen reverie
Free to soar, free to sing...
 Always lingering still
