Chains
Innocent life
 shining right between the eyes;
 accusation leads to
 guilty until proven otherwise.

 A martyr
 to suffer from cold hands
 when she offered warmth
 and be da**ed.

 For all the love in the world
 comes its opposing abundance;
 hatred by the hundred billions
 and those who shake to express it.

 See us down with you now;
 if this trench is deep, yours be ten-fold
 or I am simply crazy
 or you have simply outsmarted me.

 She was taken in chains,
 do you feel anything?
 Or is there a black hole
 right through your piggish chest?

 She was taken in chains,
 do you feel anything?
 Or is that a lack of soul
 I sense from your breath?

 Blood on your hands and
 hiding from bloodhounds;
 but you’ll be found
 for justice is blind, but devout.

 We’ll see through this
 ‘til out comes the truth
 and when it does,
 we’re coming back for you.

 She was taken in chains,
 do you feel anything?
 Or is there a black hole
 right through your eaten heart?

 She was taken in chains,
 do you feel anything?
 Or is that a lack of soul
 I could sense from the start?
