in your mouth
you fold your paper-thin words up
like origami and grin when they take flight
as paper cranes
hope swelling in the beating of their fragile wings
filling the spaces between us
and bursting in front of my eyes
leaving
drops of happiness trickling down
forming puddles by my feet.

this is great, it gives you such a beautiful image you have to stop for a moment and remember its about lies, yet the meaning is never lost. i love how much it says in that short paragraph

I think that in this poem you have managed to capture all the feelings that come to mind when some one mentions being lied to. I loved it!

Wow, it's rhythm and the way it creates a image in my mind of the origami coming out of someone's mouth, it's just fabulous.
