"It's Different"
She can’t blame you
It’s her
It’s a self-issue
Why doesn’t she say no?
And why can’t she let go?
Is it insecurity?
Is it just a high?
No, not that kind of high
The other high when his hand’s on her thigh
And he knows he’ll get by
With just a glimpse in her eye
And what is love?
Because it’s not present…or is it?
Maybe he just gained her trust
When she opens her eyes she thinks to herself
What is love?
What is trust?
And when she puts two and two together it just adds up to lust
She should’ve said no and she should’ve let go
But just like every other time, “It’s different.”
