Life isn't perfect
Since her best friend moved,
She’s been a lot quieter
She isn’t as social as she used to
She feels alone
Like no one is there for her anymore
Maybe one friend
But she knows she’ll leave her
She knows no one is ever there to stay
Yeah she has a boyfriend
But next year is high school
And they won’t be together
Everything feels as if it’s all falling apart
Everything was perfect
She had the perfect life
The perfect friends
The perfect family
The perfect grades
Then everything just dropped
And now she feels empty
No one knows that when its midnight
And she’s all alone,
She cries
Not the normal crying either
Those endless sobs
Gasping for breath
Wondering why
Why did this happen to her
Why, out of all people, is it her responsibility?
To pick herself up
Because no one else is there for her
Why
