When I cry, I write a saddening tale
depressing and tearful to read
But when I laugh, I write of purity and life
And the beauty the world offers
When I'm angry I write hateful words of spite and wrath
And when I am hopeful I write of the future
When I'm reminiscent I write of the past

The author's comments:
This is not entirely true for me, not always anyway. However, I was thinking of the phrase "Art mimics life which mimics art"…actually, it might be the other way around. Either way, I was thinking of the phrase and came up with the title then I decided what to write about, so this happened.
