Lush, lively flowers fill the sky.
Flowers look down on the city,
forever flowing, forever…
Luscious, lurid colors compact.
Smash. Bang. Crash. The sound of rumbling roars.
Flowers, cannot fight, hold on tight,
forever flowing, forever…
Bricks break, earth quakes, stones break.
Chlorophyll absorbs beams of light.
Green, Yellow, Orange, Maroon, Red,
forever flowing, forever…
Autumn, fall. Cannot stop it now.
Hanging Gardens of Babylon?
Soon to be forgotten? I think not.
forever flowing, forever…
Flowers as black as tar remain.
