My Dog Kato
A puppy, that is a mere two years old
The cutest dog that I have ever met
Like a bundle of joy for me to hold
So fast, like a ground version of a jet
Bought was he one hot summer afternoon
His coat consists of soft black and white fur
Now we treat him like a small silver spoon
A romp through the woods brings more then one burr
Though he is small he has plenty of might
Filled with energy as he runs around
If you get him too angry, he will bite
He weighs in at only fifty-five pounds
Stride after stride he gallops through the snow
Just a small puppy, who’s name is Kato
