No one understands us like a best friend

No, rather it is a pet
Man’s best friend, as they have been called
They can make you smile even when you are upset

A dog will never leave
It will follow where ever you go
It does not care about wealth or possessions
Only love, even when it’s 20 degrees below

Dogs will love unconditionally
They will listen to anything you say
They never turn their backs on you
Just because of a bad day

A dog is a friend worth having
It does not care about looks
It will always be there to comfort
