I take a deep breath in the cool night air,
As moonlight illuminates my pathway.
I walk to the trash can where I prepare,
To throw away the problems of the day.

The soft sand beneath my toes makes me grin,
And I smell sweet saltwater and sunscreen.
The warmth of the sun spreads across my skin,
As I float in the ocean, feeling clean.

The campfire sways in the mountain breeze.
No phones or electricity around.
The trickling creek and the crunch of leaves,
Are the only two things that make a sound.

Yet in these places I can always find,
Complete serenity and peace of mind.

After a long day, I just thought of the best places in the world to me, where stress and responsibilites don't exist anymore.
