dewy neck
sweaty palms
slight mutter of a psalm

thick heartbeat
hands shake,unsteady
cross myself,hands heavy

shiver and tremble
shudders rolling down me
vision darkened i cant see

my head hurts
shoulders ache
across my skin, fingers rake

plug my nose
hold my breath
pray for an easy death
longing to be laid to rest

too many pills
and slit wrists
well,not much left to risk.

it's mostly because I can relate to these things emotionally, like I've never cut my wrists or used pills out of perscription, but I know where the emotions spawn from. it's also easy to relate since your writing style is so relateable. my recomendation is to try to use this skill to write something that makes you happy, so beautiful it makes you want to cry, you know?

there's alot of... dare I say, anxiety, in this poem. the referance to psalms I could only hope to asociate with prayer, & the rest seems to emulate an emotion of panic, the need to hide from something. this is very sad but even more so terrifying on a emotional level
