The world will never be a perfect place.

Sometimes you will think you are a disgrace.
Sometimes it makes you feel among the stars.

It will hit you hard in the face and gut.
It will throw you disappointment and hurt.
Sometimes it will give you a massive cut.
It will make you always be on alert.

Sometimes it will help and come to your aid.
It will give you some ice or frozen peas.
It will help you forget feeling betrayed.
It will help calm you and put you to ease.

The world is a weird and confusing place.
And if you’re lucky it will give you grace.
