TO a lover’s heart,
That’s so soft and sweet.
Who would do anything for her other half,
To make their life complete
To a mother’s love,
That's caring and gentle
Who holds her baby closely by,
As they sit without judgemental.
TO a child’s imagination,
As fragile as glass.
Which would shatter at a slight touch,
Of realities icy mass

I wrote this poem when I was bored just as a time filler, then I realized that it was actually pretty catchy and fun to read :) i hope you enjoy it and feel free to comment on how to make it better or just on how much you liked it!

Only you and I can help the sun rise each morning. If we don't, it may drench itself out in sorrow - Joan Baez

I think my favorite line in this poem has to be, "to a mothers love", because a mother's love for her child is like no other. The lover's heart has the desire to do anything for its other half.
