In hearts of many men you lie,

spreading seeds of doubt and pain

In cowards and the weak you reign,

as fears and flowering passions die.

Thoughts of failure fleeting by,

you, the mighty lion's bane.

On sunlit picnics, the fear of rain.

In summer droughts, the beaming sky.

you say, "My name is Failure, child,

and you, my greatest work of art.

I've stunted, beat, and broke and riled

the sorry lump that is your heart.

But somehow, though you're weak and mild,

I'll never tear your dreams apart.

Favorite Quote:
"I fell in love with her courage, her sincerity, and her flaming self respect. And it's these things I believe in, even if the whole world indulged in wild suspicions that she wasn't all she should be. I love her and it is the beginning of everything"

This is really beautiful.
