Glory
Glory is a movie about the 54th infantry of Massachusetts, the first all-African American regiment. After the Battle of Antietam, Colonel Shaw is offered this regiment to be his own to command. Shaw accepts this offer, and together he and a friend help to make this group of men trained soldiers.
The movie stars Denziel Washington, Morgan Freeman, and a bunch of other great actors. This film is absolutely the best Civil War movie out there and will definitelly not cease to amaze. The movie is perfect for teens of all ages and everyone older. Glory is also a great movie to show a Social Studies or History class. This movie is truly a hidden gem that should receive more recogonition and praise.
