Halloween
The kids parade
Door to door
Playing their charade
Asking for more
The shadows bend
Out a behemoth oozes
Born from the darkness' end
Away from eyes, the Demon cruises
Pumpkin's faces grin
Throwing their ghastly light
Past webs spiders didn't spin
This unholy creature spreads its blight
Never interfering
For our end is unavoidable
Time passes around this death-thing nearing
People sinking towards the inevitable
He sees no curfew
Ignores all walls
Visits life old and anew
His final peace always calls
