Opposite Blood
Your hair is a long brown wave,
Mine is a short black hedgehog.
My is skin tanned from the suns powerful rays,
Yours is light and darkens the way.
My word and friends I highly prize,
You cross your fingers and disguise your lies.
I’d die for the weak who to me cry.
You run off though you’re nearly my size.
We share the blood,
The genes, and DNA
Yet while my love pours like a flood,
Yours slowly has began to decay.
We are different as night and day,
Words I have never wanted to say.
