I am the Doll
I am the doll with the porcelain face
Big Brown eyes and painted on smile
My curly light brown hair falls into place
Innocent and pure just like a small child
An angel among the demons in hell
A soft loving kiss on badly bruised lips
A flawless white pearl trapped in a clam shell
I was a grateful stranger to hardships
But my parent's divorce cut me in half
While lost in lies I forgot how to trust
Depression made it hard for me to laugh
The weight of the world crushed me into dust
I was lost in a whirlwind of darkness
Until I was saved by my happiness
