Opening Night Feedback
I think that the author of the story "Opening Night" did a very good job of painting a picture in the readers mind. That picture being the steps each actor goes through before a big show and the aniticipation in the pit of their stomachs. I can almost see this girl in her dressing room turning herself into someone she's not. Into someone she is pretending to be, to please an audience. Behind the lights, costumes and make-up, she's just a Plane Jane doing what she does best. She shows a confidence that she gets when she is on the stage, acting that she doesn't have otherwise. She proves that it is really important to find something that you like to do and run with it, sourround yourself in it and enjoy the time you spend on it.
